High School Youth Ministry and Life Teen:

Middle School Youth Ministry:

Baptismal Preparation:
Our Diocese requires parents and godparents attend a preparation class. Canon Law requires Catholic godparents to be at least 16 years of age, baptized, confirmed, and a practicing Catholic. If married, the marriage must be recognized by the Church. If the godparents live away they are to prepare as their Church requires, obtain a letter stating they have fulfilled the requirements, and have it sent to St. Mark. If the child to be baptized is under 7 years of age, contact Carol Walker in the parish office to register for a baptismal preparation class. (Next Available Class: January 15, 6:00-8:30 p.m., Church Nursery, $5.00 donation, no children, please.) In addition, Ms. Walker will need a copy of your child's birth certificate, prior to scheduling the baptism. If the child to be baptized is 7 years or older, please contact the Director of Religious Education, Carol Macsas, for additional information.
Marriage Preparation:
Contact the wedding coordinator, Diane Range, a minimum of six months before your proposed wedding date.
